In the event of a cancellation which occurs more than 14 days prior to the beginning of your stay, you’ll be refunded all sums paid, minus $25.00.
I.e one night stay refunded, minus a $25.00 processing/re-stocking fee
In the event of a cancellation that occurs within 14 days of the commencement of your stay.
- With a REFUNDABLE RATE, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee of one full night’s stay, plus applicable taxes and a $25.00 processing/re-stocking fee.
- With a NON-REFUNDABLE RATE, You’ll be charged for the entire stay and applicable taxes, The $25.00 processing/re-stocking fee is not applicable.
